Sorry to take so long to get back to you. I never did take any hormones, and eventually I outgrew the symptoms. I really do think nature punishes us for not doing what it wanted us to do. Walking helped. Cutting down sugar helped a bit -- I'm not sure why, perhaps it had to do with sugar highs and lows. Mostly, though, I suffered my way through it. The biggest help is to know you're not crazy -- I had no idea what was happening to me, and I truly thought I'd gone nuts.

I seem to behaving the same type of symtoms you are and its driving me crazy. I choose not to have children and have stuck by it and still do. I would just like to talk to someone whos in my situation and find out what to expect. I'd appreciate any helpful hints on the subject of how to deal with the symptoms without having to resort to drastic hormone therapy.

Thank you.

This is a neat idea, I've never heard of it, but it would probably work. I have an inward password that says I want to feel good. I usually have a thought that follows that which is construcitve or up lifting/

The main thing is the color, so cooked is okay. I just happen to prefer raw vegetables.

Hurrah for you!

Self-care and self-research are wonderful things. Keep up the good work. Menopause is a challenge but I'm confident you'll meet it.

Obviously women want to look young again. They will try almost anything. However, you are right. You can use all kind of anti wrinkle creams but if you don't change your lifestyle, your skin is not going to improve. I like the idea of sufficient sleep and it really help to keep your skin healthy.
